Coaching for Children and Adolescents

My coaching sessions for children (5-12 years old) and adolescents will help your children identify and learn to manage and use their own resources, strengths and talents.

Children and adolescents might find it difficult to understand and express what they are feeling. To help your child overcome this difficulty we will be painting, drawing, playing with toy figures, using coaching cards etc. (depending on their age) as alternative ways of expression.

During my coaching sessions your child (5-17 years old) will be able to work on the following topics,

Difficulties at school: bullying, lack of motivation, academic concerns, and low performance, rebellious or very submissive attitude with teachers or classmates, poor organization skills, lack of confidence in own’s abilities, irresponsibility, focus/concentration problems.

Difficulties at home: continuous and intense clashes between siblings, lack of communication with parents, misbehavior, divorce process, grief, and loss.

Difficulties at a personal level: low self-esteem, eating problems, body image, emotional self-regulation, social skills, hypersensitivity, negativity, not being able to take decisions, peer pressure, career orientation, hypersensitivity to criticism, sexual identity, lack of autonomy, perfectionism, excessive shyness, developing own identity and sense of belonging, loss of friends.

I can offer online sessions in English, Spanish or French.

* Please note that children aged 5-12 will benefit more from sessions held at your house. Beside saving time, your child will feel more comfortable and safer in a familliar environment. Your home will also be a great source in terms of space and the materials which can be used to work with your child.
